Legal in Indonesia nowadays is being strong parameter to decide whether something is good or bad. But, unluckily, legal is not that supreme that it can be changed by governance easily. Actually, if our governance want to build an infrastructure that doesn't match the RTRW, they can easily make Perpres or PP that can force adaption for any regulation. It proves that legal is actually not supreme anymore.

Legally legal in Indonesia doesn't guarantee something is good for people.

So, if last night's conversation said that Meikarta is legally legal. I say, yes it's legal. But, is it good?
